Immigration under Family fourth preference (F4)

Hello All,

My brother who is a US citizen is proposing to sponsor green card for myself and my family. Currently I am a Canadian citizen, I was an Indian Citizen before I took Canadian Citizenship.
I would like to know if immigration processing times are any different for Canadians and if am eligible under Canadian quota.

No. The country quotas are by the country of birth and not by citizenship.
So your visa number will move by the Indian cut off date.
