I am unable to complete #14 on I-130 because I don't see any Arrival/Departure Record number on my father's passport. His passport only has date of arrival and date authorized stay expired. Can I write "None" on the box where the numbers should be written and attach a copy of my father's date of arrival and expiration date to the I-130 form when I submit them? Can I also file I-130, I-485 and I-765 at the same time?

The number they are asking for is the I-94 number. He has one.Yes, you submit I-130, I-485, I765 together ( you cant apply for I-765 unless you have a I-485 pending)plus copy of passport (biographic pages) and copy of birth certificate plus G-325 A, for you and him . It syou who signs the I-130 and one set of the G-325 and he, not you, who signs the others.

Originally posted by redThank you for answering my questions Curiousone. However, I still can't find my father's I-94 number on his passport so I might have a problem. Thanks again for your help.
I-94 is a white sheet of paper they attach at the back pages of the passport. Ask your father, if he'd received it on the POE in the US.
