I am sponsoring my parents green card and have some questions rearding I-130.

1. In Part C, Q. 17

C. Information about your alien relative. (Continued.)
17. List husband/wife and all children of your relative.

(Name) (Relationship) (Date of Birth) (Country of Birth)
So, I will write down my mother and brother's name while writing relatinship with my father ...Wife after my mother's name and son after brother's name?

I got confused with the relationship field ....

2. In part D Q.1

D. Other information.

1. If separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship.

I will submit separate petition for my mother ...do I need to mention that here??

One more question, Do I submit I-864, affidavit of support too with I-130??

have made a checklist for documents I will be submitting with petition for parents

Supporting documents from my side:

- Copy of citizenship certificate

- Copy of birth certificate to proof relationship

Documents needed from parents -

- Marriage Cerificate

- Copy of birth certificate

- Copy of passports

Did i miss something?? Thanks a lot for your time!!

No, you do not send the I-864 with the I-130. You will get a packet alte ron that will ask you for it. The checklist looks about right.
