Hello, I am a usa born citizen residng in , India for the last 4 years. I recently got married to indian citizen and filed I- 130 petition at new delhi in last week of september. I would like to know
1) I am a student with no income as mentioned. My parents are USA Citizens but working outside of USA. My maternal uncle also is a usa citizen residing in usa. I would like to know what sponsorship forms should my parents,myself and my uncle who is a usa citizen residing in usa fill?
2) when I can expect packet 4 with the appointment to usa consulate chennai?
3) When will I recieve mdr no.?
4) Since marriage my husband's family are supporting us. He is currently not employed.What documents of support should I bring to the USA Consulate, chennai to prove this?

I went to the link http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/servic.../howdoi/G4.pdf provided it states income of certain household members can be added to yuor income levelif they sign contract on form I864A.
Next ara it states if you still cannot meet thethe financial qualifications another person must file affidavit of support.
can someone please clarify if this affidavit of support in next para is I-864 or I864A.
What if the USC spouses USA Parents are willing to sponsor but living abroad(outside of USA) but still filing income tax returns) can they sponsor the Indian husband.
Inmy situation I am USA citizen (unemployed) married to an Indian and filed petition i 130 and willing to fill i 864. my maternal uncle USC residing in USA is willing to financially support my husband. what form I 864 or I 864A does he have to fill.
PLEASE Help.
