  • Really in a BAD situation..Help

    Hi everyone,

I need some advise, I am a 18 year old guy that is being sponsered by my Step Father. I sent in my Papers in June (I485,I130..the whole package). I got my Biometrics done but on July 24th my case staius showed that the National Benifts center tried to send me a "Request of Evidence" letter but it was marked as undeliverable and was sent back to the NBC. I called the USCIS Number many times and didn't receive anything so I finally scheduled an Infopass and the Officer told me to write to the National Benifits center, tell them my situation and ask for the Request of evidence letter. 3 and a half later weeks, I haven't received any response from the NBC, I wrote to my Congressman and well its been a week no responses but yet I can understand that just being a week and all. I also sent in my Work permit papers in 3 weeks ago and the check has yet to be cashed.

I really need help and well I can't afford a Lawyer so I need some advice.

    anyone?

Have you checked to see whether their response was sent to the same address from the which the first letter came back as undeliverable?
You seem to have an address problem. Firstly, verify that USCIS has your correct address, if they do, speak with your post office about returning your mails. Also whatever you send to USCIS, always copy and send via certifiied mail so that you ahve proof.
