Need help in petitioning father for IR-5 Visa

Hi guys,

I just want to inquire about the petition I filed in the USCIS for the IR-5 Visa of my father. I already filed all necessary documents in the NVC here in the US. My father already received the packet from the US Embassy. There is no indication that he has to fill up some forms for the interview. I just want to confirm if this is really the case that he doesn't have to fill up any forms for the interview. I guess i got used to DS-156 and DS-157 being filled up before the interview.

Can someone help me here? Those who have undergone this process already. During the interview you guys did not fill up any forms? I am just worried for my dad because he is really old and I don't want him to go back and forth in the US Embassy.

He has to fill the papers but they are not DS-156 or DS-157. Those forms are for non-immigrant visa and he is applying for immigrant visa.
