I have filed for my parents greencard and decided to do counselor processing: I have submittebd form 230 which was the last step on my behalf ,after reviewing and approving of which NVC will send the paperwork to the embassy for completion of counsellor processing: Due to unforseen circumstances my mother will have to come to U.S immediately : Is it possible to switch from counsellor processing to adjustment of status this late in the process( Her paperwork was submitted 2 weeks ago by me and is still currently under review by NVC)?

    Thanking you in anticipation

I assume she has a visitors visa? thats atricky on ebut i would guess and say no she cant.............
When one enters on a visitors or any other nonimmigrant visa, one is clearly stating a lack of intent to remian permanently ( hence the officer asking one how long they plan to stay) She clearly has an "immigrant intent' ( intention to remain here permanently and so could not enter on a visitors visa...........the last thing you want if for her to enter and then denied the ability to adjust her status here.....
Is she able to come and then return to complete consular processing? Even though she has an approved I-130 , she could still visit and return
