Our son filed I 130 for us (parents) in sep 06.Can we visit US with our mutiple tourist entry visa for 4 months pending I 130 or after its approval and then return back to home country and wait for counselor processing ?

Yes. ultimately though its at the discretion of the officer at the point of entry. But unless specifically asked ( and its very unlikley you will be) you need not disclose that you ahve a petiiton pending...just answer that youre here to visit your son when asked why are you here

This question is a bit complicated, since there is nothing in the law that says that you can not, BUT you may not be allowed entry into the country, since when your son filed for you your names were entered into the system, so there is a very good chance that you will be refused entry at the border

Not at all.............people with pending I-130 travel in and out all the time. In fact they will most likely be let in as they reallly ahve no reason not to return,,,,,,,,afterall they will be able to emmigrate in a fe w months
