Is this correct?
If I am a US citizen, and trying to file for residence for my wife that isnt a US citizen, do I fill out I-130, I-485, and I-765 to work? Am I leaving any forms out that need to be filed at this time of the process? If these are correct, can I file them all at the same time. Lastly can you tell me what to write in box 16 of the I-765 if I am filing for it family based? Thank for any help....
