Hi,
I got married last week of October. We have known each other for close to 3 yrs but started our relationship for about 2yrs ago. She is a US Citizen.....
I was on F1 and now on OPT until Dec 2006. One reason we did not get married before because I did not have a Perm job to support her and my step-child. I have a Perm Job now, but my EAD expires soon.
Now, will I be suspected since we submitted our papers within few weeks of marriage and since my EAD is going to expire? We now live in an apt and will have a joint acct soon. We waited because of our financial situation was not good enough and her school was in session.
Our marriage is on good faith on each other.
