Hold Travel visa enter to US,get marry withUS citizen in uS. Can i get the GreenCard?

I would like to know that i hold travel visa to enter US. I get marry with US citizen in US after i apply for green card. This way can be worked ?

1.Yes, but do not tell this to officer when you enter US. Tell him you have come for few weeks and will go back home.
2.Get married after 2 months.
3.At interview for green card,
do not tell you entered with intention to marry.
