I-130 questions

Hey

I went to America on the Visa Waiver Program, met a girl there who i had been speaking to for a while. And we decided to get married, so we did. Then we submitted the I-130 Form with I-325a (i think), and now i got a couple questions.

1> We filed in September 2006, just wanted to know how long this would take to get approved.
2> After we got married, i had to leave to come back to UK for work reasons. Now i have left my Job and want to know if i can go and live with my wife on the visa waiver program or do i need to get a different kinda visa.

Would appriciate any help you people could give me. Thank you

Did you file a I-485 before you left?

did not file I-485

No i did not file a I-485 before i left. Should i have done. I have had a quick glance at the from on the net but did not quick understand it.

Just found out last night that my I-130 has been been approved. What would be the next step after that.

You would have to apply for a K3 visa as a spouse of US citizen, you can not enter of Visa Waiver because it will be considered fraud

so i can not apply for the K3 after i have got into America. Do i need to send the form off myself or my wife in USA. Because my wife is currently in India, which is where i will going next week for a few weeks.

And how long would the K3 visa take to get approved.

My father filed my I-130

Hello!! My father filed my I-130 last Februry 2006, believing that I was still SINGLE, My father was not aware that I was already MARRIED in Civil rites with a Court Judge officiating months before the filing of my petition.

Question:
-IS MY I-130 PETITION VALID?
-WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO AMMEND?
-IF NOT VALID,WHAT SHOULD MY FATHER DO OR ME?
