I-130 CONCERNS pls help.

Greetings!!My father filed my I-130 last Februry 2006, believing that I was still SINGLE, My father was not aware that I was already MARRIED in Civil rites with a Court Judge officiating months before the filing of my petition.

Questions:
-IS MY I-130 PETITION VALID?
-WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO AMMEND?
-IF NOT VALID,WHAT SHOULD MY FATHER DO OR ME?
