Need help to check the forms..

Hi there all
I am USC and ready to send all forms to file a petition for my wife. I need help from all of you who can help, just need correction with all the forms we are going to send :

I-130 Petition for alien relative
I-485 AOS for her
I-864 Affidavit of support
I-765 Application for Employment Authorization

I have some questions about Medical Examination though...Do we need to send the I 693 together with the packet? or Can we bring the I-693 when they call us for interview?
Will they reject/return our petition without it? or They going to request us to send it?

You also need to submit 4 copies of G-325 (2 for you and 2 for your spouse). When I sent in my packet I did not submit medical form and brought it to the interview
