RE: previous i-130 and new i-130

Hi,

I wanted to find out a question regarding my previous i-130 submitted by my dad as a Perm Resident and my new i-130 that was submitted by my wife..

Do I need to tell them to cancel the one from my Dad? I did submit a copy of that i-130 with my new application.

You don't really need to get first one cancelled. But if you receive any correspondence in future, you can simply tell them to stop processing it further.
