Hi friends,
i am new to this forum. could someone help.
I have applied for my husband who is in India. I filed 1130 & 1129F. Havent received approval yet. I know its gonna take time.
But 2 years ago, I had applied for a Fiance K1 visa for my fiance who was a canadian citizen. he was called for an interview but didnt get the visa ( as stated by him). then we both didnt follow up with the interview as our relationship ended, but before ending the relation, he told me that he has cancelled the petition by me as he does not want to come to US. My only mistake was that I didnt keep any paperwork for K1 filing and only trusted him that he must have cancelled.
Now when i filed for my husband, whom i really love and want him to come to US, i am afraid that my past K1 would affect my future K3....
But i am being very honest with the officials and I did list it in the paperwork. so i am lying to them
DO YOU GUYS THINK IT WILL CREATE A PROBLEM. PLEASE HELP..........
