Can hold travel visa get marry with US citizen in US after apply for green card. The US officer will reject my application or not? During procssing , can i stay in US and workling. Please give me a advice. Thank a lot.

Yes, it is possible. Marry after 2 months. Your USC spouse files I-130 for you with other forms for employment authorization etc.
You can get employment authorization within 90 days and can work till
green card inteview.
