I've been married to a US citizen for 6 yrs, however we never lived in the States together, he is working overseas and comes home every 4th month to my country but he has his residence in the States.
Right now I am in the United States on a visa waiver and we have been talking about having me to move over and eventually he will quit his job overseas.
Can I stay here and file an adjustment of status?
Ive seen you can do that if you are in the States and you meet somebody and get married in the States, but would that apply for me as well, who is already married? We got married in Europe.
