Notarization of I-864

Does my husband need to get his signature notarized on this form? There is nothing on the form to suggest that he does, nor is there anything in my book about getting a Greencard through family. The only place where it describes notarization appears to be on this (and other) web site (s). There is no where on the form for a notarization.

Although your whole case was not pretty clear for me ,but consider that sponser or co-sponser which provide you "affidavit of support" shall notarize their signature on these forms as my petitioner did for mine.

although there maybe new updates on immigration rules since september of 2006 which my case was processed .

the I-864 has to be notarized and there is a place for the notary's signature

No notary required!

The required notary is on an old form, no is not required!!
