Does I-130 Filing For My Brother Affect His Prosepects for Employment Based Visa

I am a US Citizen and am planning to file the I-130 petition for my Brother who is based in India. Just wanted to understand if this impacts his prospects to come to the US on Employment Based Visa's in the future??

No. H-1 and L-1 are the common non-immigrant work visas issued
and both enjoy a dual intent(immigrant as well as non-immigrant intent)
so there won't be any problems.
