F2B case, but can I have children???

I am currently being petitioned in the F2B category and will be upgrading this year to F1....my big question is if eventhough I am not married...can I have babies with my fiancee....will that be a violation????

I am reading in the Greencard info part of this website and under the F1 Preference Category it reads:
"Unmarried sons and daughters of US citizens, and their children, if any."

So according to this, if I am interpreting this correctly, eventhough I am not married I can have children... would you guys agree?
