How are you? I want to ask a couple of questions, I finally received the I-485 receipt, and they sent me later another letter saying I didn't pay for the fee of the fingerprints which I have already taken on September, I called the USCIS and told them, which they answer that the only missed thing was the fee, and they checked and they noticed that yes, I've already have the biometrics taken. But yesterday I've received the letter asking me to go again for my biometrics. Is that correct? Another thing is that in my I-485 receipt they misspelled my last name, instead of an "O" they put an "A" which make me sent a letter to asked for that correction. Do you think that they are assuming that I am a different person and that's why the need the biometrics again? I really don't understand, but I am thinking to go again to the MSC and see what happened.
And, I have my work authorization denied because I didn't have the I-485 case filled before, know that I have it, How is the procedure to file that again? Can I do it know that I have the receipt of that case, now that I am eligible?
Please help me I would really appreciate your advice.
