hello,
a cousin of mine has his inmmigrant visa interview scheduled, and has also received his appointment letter and all documents needed for the interview.
His problem is that at where he comes from in Africa, the name KWASI and KWESI, means the same(a boy born on sunday),but spelt either as "kwasi" or "kwesi" depending on the tribe of the person who spelt it. Now in his passport his name is spelt as KWESI but on his birth certificate it is KWASI . He has a copy of his passport and the original copy of his birth certificate with the USCIS but they have not commented on this difference. Also his father used "KWASI" when he filed for him.
His problem is can he be refused, on the basis of this difference, when he goes for the interview?
Or should he asked for an affidavit from the court in other to prove that both names refers to the same person?
What should he do please help........??
