hi, i came to USA in 2001 as f-1 student but failed to continue my studies last year. The school informed the INS and i was arrested. I now have an hearing on my removal proceedings. However, i am getting married to my fiance (who is US citizen) next month. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if i can apply for I-130, I-485 and i-765, despite being in proceedings. I have consulted some lawyers but no one seems to give me a concrete idea. I will really appreciate if anyone can tell me if i can apply for work authorization after my marriage. Thanks
