Husband just became US citizen

Hello Sir/Madam,

I currently reside in the US under a work visa (H1B). My husband became a citizen a couple of months ago and he would like to sponsor me for a green card. I would greatly appreciate it if you could advice us as to how we should proceed. What particular forms are we supposed to file? Also, will I be able to work during the green card process?

Any advice you could provide us with regard to this matter will be greatly appreciated.

You can file all the papers in one step including EAD (work permti). As soon as you get that, you can work during your green card process.
