Hello, Im not from the states but my boyfriend is american. Im pregnant and still live in my country and he is still on USA cause work, we are planning to get together somewhere. I think will have my baby in my country. I would like to know, how is the law in USA if he recognizes my baby on my country? How should i proceed here? How should be the baby insert on USA to be also free to be there, etc. And do I have any facility to enter to US being the mother of his baby?

Your baby will have claim to US citizenship even if he is born outside US
because his father is a US citizen. But since the baby will be born out of marriage, you will have to prove that your boy friend is the baby's father.
(DNA testing ).

If you plan to get married in future, there won't be any problem
but if you do not want to get married, I suggest you talk to him and an attorney to get papers for your baby as soon as the baby is born.

The baby being born in my country, will have my nationality and amercian second? or how is that? I guess my boyfriend will have to go to the american embassy in my country right?

Yes, the baby can have dual nationality.
The father should first write an email to the US embassy in your country asking about how to apply for US citizenship of his child in your country.
