Violence against Woman Act?

Hi
I want to file for Violence against Woman Act because:
1-my husband got a prenuptual agreement by force recently from me after 2.5 years of marriage which it says: i will have no rights for alimony ,retirement,his house,and other financial benefits from him .
2-he doesnt spend any money for me except health insurance.
3-not any vacation plan
4-not any guest
I am very deppressed and feel i am nothing.
are these enough for applying for Violence against Woman Act?

..by themselves, I would think not but with other things , might b eimportnt. But if youre already married 2.5 years, dont you already have a Green card?
