I am applying for my sister & her family under Family based greencard. My sister & her family do not use their last name in any of the legal documents & in their passports. Even while applying for the visitor visa she used FNU for the first name & her first name as a last name. Even on her visitor visa it is just her first name.
Now filling up the I-130 form what should I do? Leave last name blank or fill up the last name.
If fill up the last name Do I need some documentation? Is leaving last name blank name affect the process ?
