Advice what to file under

Please help me with the following.

Me and my Fiance (Engagement in April in US) have been dating long
distance from the past 5 years. All this while we have been meeting in the gaps of an year/months/weeks. Lately he has been coming to the USA to meet me and for his work. He has a 10 year B1/B2 Visa.
I am a Green Card Holder and have applied for my citizenship which i
should get in 2-3 months time.

We want that he should be able to come and stay in the USA with no work permitts and be able to go in and out of the USA freely.

He cant afford to not be able to enter the US at any given time because he has a business here in which he doesnt work in the US but has to keep coming regularly.

We dont have any age restrictions or any other sort of legal restrictions.

Is it possible if he comes here in the USA on his b1/2 visa and we get
married and then he can stay here lawfully with no work restrictions?

I have read about your K1 and K3 visa but I think getting a K1 visa is a
long process and he might not need a visa since he already has a visa to
enter the US.

Please let me know the best possible option.

Until he files I-485, he can not work freely in US.

Can my fiancee come to the USA on B1/2 Visa, Marry me and then file a
I-485?

He can do that provided you are already US citizen.

He needs to file I-485 along with I-130.

Takes 1-2 years.

Yes, he can travel provided he obtains Advance Parole (I-131 form).

What if I go to India as a Citizen of the US, get married to my fiance
there and then launch the case in the US embassy there.

How long does that take? Can he travel to the USA using his current B1/2
Visa during that time?

You can do that only if you are permanently staying in India. (Earlier the
rule was that you could file the case at New Delhi if you had been staying
in India for 60 days).

Get married in India, come back, file I-130 here in US and ask him to go for consular processing. Total time around 1 year.
