I'm mailing you from INDIA. I'm an indian citizen.

I got married on 17/11/2006. My wife is in U.S.A. It has been 3 yrs now since she had received her GREEN CARD(not a US citizen yet).

Could u plz tell me how much time it w'ld take me to get in US( AMERICA).
PLZ ALSO TELL ME any other way thru which i can move to US as early as possible.

I'm a MECHANICAL ENGINEER (did my BE in year 2001)
can i move to U.S.A.if i get placed there in any company with the help of some job providing agency in india.Is it legal ? (plz do send me addresses of such agencies)& can it effect my stay in US at latter stages when i have to receive GREEN CARD.

I w'ld also like to know can i move to U.S.A now! for further studies(after clearing my GRE or GMAT tests) as i'm married now.Is it legal?
also are there any short term study related cources(in U.S.A) relating to my engineering,thru which i can get entry there.

plz do send me answers of above queries as early as possible. i'ii be highly obliged.

It takes about 3 to 5 years for spouse of green card holder to get the green card.
