Need help for I-130

Hi,

I am a US citizen. I am applied I130 for my spouse. I heard, I-129f k3 visa is faster than I130. Which is the best way to apply? and How long it takes process each one? Do i need Attorney? If so, how much is cost for attorney?

No, that is not true. You should do I-130.

After the person comes to US on I-129F K3 visa, he needs to still file I-485 and that can take 1 year or more.

Therefore, if the goal is to get green card faster, go for I-130. If the goal is to get him into US faster, go for I-129F K3.
