do I need to re-fill I-864

Hi

My wife has been called for interview for Green Card and that we are now getting the medical done, i have already mailed the uscis all the forms incuding the i-864 affdivat i appied in agust 2006 and now we get call do we need new avdivat i dont apply tax yet to much for me self employed the have all for last years and they once asked to re send i did so need to know that i dont need to re fill i-864 as i have mailed with initial application.

If they ask for new I-864, you send it. You don't have to file 2006 tax returns until Apr 15 and you can show old tax returns.
