Hello,
I am American and my husband is French. We live in France and have
just been told by the embassy here that they can no longer accept I-
130 applications there, but will still conduct the interviews.
I am from Oregon and so I understand that I must send my documents to
the Nebraska USCIS, PO Box 87565, Lincoln NE 68501-7565 (please
confirm that this address is correct).
I understand that I must send the following:
-I-130
-birth certificates for both of us(his translated to English)
-copies of passports
-passport photo for each of us
-G-325A for each of us
-Proof of French residence for me (translated in English)
-US check for $190
If there is anything else we need, please let us know. Please also confirm that the application will be forwarded back to the Paris Embassy for the interview phase. (We will gladly pay for express delivery as this is urgent for us.)
Best Regards
