Hi,
me and my husband have been married for over two years now and on May last year we had an interview.The immigration officer did not belived in our marriage and ask us to withdraw the papers and petitions.My husband was very upset and signed it.He thought there will be other way for me to be legally in this country.So far I can not even work anywhere and i want to move back to Europe where I am coming from.Do you have any advice for us what can we do to make my stay legal? My husband said that there will be soon something like amnesty?I think we shoud fill the papers again and have another interview.Do we have any chance?

You need an attorney. Do you have a copy of what your husband signed? He should never have signed it and your case is why its advisable to have an attorney accompany some people to an interview. waht he signed was a statement saying that the marraige was a fraud and that it was done only for immigration purposes. You will need an attorney now to file an appeal and he will have to do an affidavit explaining why he signed the affidavit....
