can i apply for conslar processing

I ENTERED US by fiance visa applied for AOS after marriage which denied bcs of incomplete vaccination.now i want to reapply but i have lost some documents for AOS(I-485),so can i apply for consular processing meanwhile staying in united states?

May I ask what the rejection letter say ? How many vaccines do they expect you to take ? I will be applying for my spouse and want to make sure the doctor gives the proper vaccines.
