A few questions please
Hi,
We are wanting to move to the US. My husbands mother is a GC holder and is happy to sponser us. Ok a few questions to start with. We have 3 children, our two eldest children are from my previous marriage. Does my husband have to adopt them for them to go in under family based greencard entry with his mothers help. (Their step-grandmother)
If my ex husband their father doesn't give permission to leave the UK, even though he hasn't seen them for over two years (he can be a pain
) is there a way around this?
Once all the forms are sent, can we still go over to the US for holidays whilst we are waiting the 7 or 8 years it will take? Our holidays are only for 2 or 3 weeks at a time.
