GC application BY my Grand mother

Hello all:

Here is my delima, My grandmother(USC) Filed/applied for GC under
Pref. Cat:3rd for my Mother(partents), me and my brother were also included in the petition as dependents,as we were under 21 then.
Now am I am above 21 and married, I would like to know if i am still eligible for GC, from that petition. any information on this would me much appreciated.priority date is 20th dec 1999.
