Hi,
I recently became a naturalized citizen and wish to file I-130 petition for my wife and son (age 19 who are in H1B1 / H4 Status respectively) with concurrent Adjustment of Status for both and EAD for my son. Would someone please advise / clarify:
a. whether I-130/325/134/131/485/765/693 should go as one package to USCIS or in a particular sequence as required by them?
b. at what stage does the completed I-693 Medical form have to be submitted?
c. Is it ok to file I-765 EAD application only for my son and not for my wife since she is already emplyed undeer H1B1?
d. Is there some way to preserve my wife's and my son's H1B1 and H4 status until the AOS process is complete and they have been approved for the Green Card?
e. If we file I-131 advance parole for my wife (who may need to travel overseas in the near future) can she use this without disrupting her H1B1 status?
Just to avoid any confusion this is not a recent marriage - my wife and I have been married several years but I took a different route to GC for various reasons.
Thanks very much for your help and input and any additional advice would be greatly appreciated.
