I am a USC planning to sponsor my parents for a green card. They have a multiple-entry visitor visa. I have the following questions:
1. How long will the I-130 processing take? I live in Minneapolis, MN and have to file in Nebraska I think.
2. How long is the I-130 approval valid before which we should apply for the I-485?
3. What supporting documents should I provide for The affidavit of Support I-864.
4. What vaccinations do my parents need to take. My dad is 70 and mom is 63. Can I-693 be waived since my parents are too old for some vaccinations/tests. Will a letter from a doctor be sufficient.
5. Can they visit me and do the medical examination in the US, get the I-693 filled out by a civil surgeon in the Us and then do Consular processing in India and use the US civil surgeons certification.
