need help for I130 AND 1I485 FORM

my father has the visa ( not expire yet) and he still in US. my question is i am us citizens if i want to get him GC , should i file the i130 and i485 together or one by one is better? also, on the i130 form , it said i has to summit a copy of my passport , since i hasnt apply for us passport yet , can i only summit my citizenship and naturalization paper??

you can do both together

You can submit I-130 and I-485 together. I did that, also if you think all the paperwork is fine, do the medical and send it along with those, it saves time. You are not allowed to photocopy your citizenship certificate but to submit it to USCIS, I am not sure if you can.

thank you for your advise. if i cant sumitt the copy , is that mean i have to attach the original together with the application ? Or i can wait till the interview to show the officer??
