Hi all I came to US on visa waiver program 4 yrs ago and stayed in US, now iam marrying a USC been dating 3 yrs, here are questions:
1> Will i have any problems at the time of AOS inerview as i overstayed way too much?
2> She applied for taxes last 3 yrs but in 2004> 1500.00, 2005> 12000 and 2006> 21000, will these taxes are enough to sponsor someone, if not can she apply for 2004 and 2005 as late taxes and if yes than how long will this take and whats procedure.
3> she is exactly 10 yrs older than me but looks younger than me, will this big age difference make case difficult.
