Applying GC for NEPHEW

I got my US Citizenship recently. I want to apply GC for my nephew who is 27 years old.

Can I apply GC for my Nephew?

If yes, how long the process takes to get the green card.

SORRY. There is no provision for sponsoring a nephew under the family categories for a green card.
But you can help him get a gc in the employment category by finding an employer for him who will file for his gc.
Or if you are an employer yourself you can employ him and take part in filing his gc.
