hi. i am usc married to an indian. i applied for my husband's immigration visa. I have been residing in india for quite sometime now.
I am pregnant and into 3rd trimester of pregnancy and considering 2 options
1) either to deliver in india in which case I would like to know the immigration process for my child. How long will the process take? and what is the exact process? I needed a sponsor for my husband since I am unemployed will the same thing apply for my child?
2) If I want to deliver in US what is the process to deliver there since I dont have Health insurance?
I know this question is not related to immigration but any input to this is appreciated?
