After NVC receives the DS-230 and I-864 and completes the case, what happens next? Do they send these forms to the consulate along with the other docs?

Why do consulate instructions say that applicants should bring original DS-230 part 1 and 2 and original I-864 to the interview? Does it mean we have to prepare other originals or they will use the ones we sent to NVC?

They will use the ones that were sent to NVC then you will be asked to sign it during the interview.
