I just married with my girlfriend, she is cuban an US citizen since 1980. I wanted to know if I can apply for a permanent Green Card under the Cuban Adjustement Law.
When can I apply ?.

I am not sure how it works for a Cuban resident. Is she currently in the USA?

You should check out the https://www.immihelp.com/family-base...ard/index.html for forms/laws. if she is here, you can file i-485 package (including i-130).

we both are in US, she was born in Cuba and come here when she was 2 y old, under Cuban adjustement law.
I wanted to know if I have the same rights being married with her. and If I can apply right now or I have to wait 1 year and 1 day as the Cubans who came to the states.
