    Refused Green Card

    I recently had my interview to have status adjusted for Permament 10 year Green Card. My US born wife and I are getting divorced and she withdrew support and Green Card was not granted. Although we have a child together, the Officer said the child has no bearing on my status.

    What are my options at this point?
