Gurus,
This forum is really helpful, here I have a issue please help me out,

1. I am a GC holder (3and half years) working in US, got divorced after some time of getting my Green Card.

2. I am the only child for my parents and my dad passed away and my mother stays in India alone, she is 62 years old.

3. She applied for B2 visa twice and it got rejected both the times.

4. is there any way that i can apply for her for immigration visa or another process?

5. Should I have to wait till i become USC?

Please help me out on the issue.

You can contact your local Congressman to find out if they can help you get your mother's Visa.

Obviously, it is beneficial once you become USC to apply for your mother but it will still take time.

you can talk to a lawyer to get additional information.
