Approval Notice sent

I've been geting emails from USCIS for the past week.

1st was the welcome notice on 03/20
2nd came the card production email 03/23
and today 03/28 i received an email that an approval notice was sent.

I am very excited , but I have yet to receive anything in the mail. I haven't changed my address. My question is, DO I NEED TO GET MY PASSPORT STAMPED ONCE I GOT THE APPROVAL NOTICE?

Hi,

are you talking about your 485 case? i mean greeen card production or EAD? i recived my EAD about 4-5 days after the website showed "card ordered".. You should make sure that your NAME appears on your mailbox..I have read that GreenCard can be returned if your name is not on the BOX.

if your approval notice is ready and card has been mailed, YOU do not need passport stamped. Passport Stamp is temp until GCard arrives....

Thanks...and yes I was talking about I-485 case-green card production...and we live in a sinlge family house....

Mail box name

I read about having your name on the mail box too. We live in a single family house but have made sure my name was on the mailbox. I too keep getting emails but not actual mail. I am soooo excited to get my green card though. Let me know when yours arrives, mine was ordered for production on the 26 march.

received my green card on Saturday 03/31-three days after it was mailed.
