I just received a denial letter stating that we both didn't show up for the scheduled interview and that we cannot file for appeal. But we both showed up at the interview, it was back in February. We waited for an hour, and finally interviewed by an adjudicator SEPARATELY! Before we left, he told me that i'll receive letter with their decision. Now this is what i got!! What's going on? I called the 1800 number, the lady said there's nothing we can do because my case is denied, only thing is to file for motion to reopen. We did go to the interview, but we never got a stamp and any prove, i don't even know the adjudicator's name (he was really rude!!).....help..any suggestions? ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
