My husband and I married in Feb. 07 while he was visiting the United States. We did not plan to get married, but decided to on Valentines day. He wants to work in the Bahamas until 2009, then he will move to the United States. I need to know what forms should I complete to start his green card status. Also, can he continue to use his travel visa to continue visiting me every other month. Please help me with any info you have.
